Neighborhoods
with a sense of place.
Thoughtfully planned places where the street, the home and the life around it all belong together.
THE OLD NORTH APPROACH
We are creating more than a collection of homes.
Old North neighborhoods are being shaped around the things that make a place feel right from the start, welcoming streetscapes, homes with lasting character and room for everyday life to unfold.
Our first neighborhood details will be shared when plans, homes and timing are ready to be presented with confidence. Until then, you can join our interest list to hear what comes next.

DESIGNED TO BELONG
What will define an Old North neighborhood.
Homes with character
Familiar forms, balanced proportions, welcoming porches and details that feel considered rather than added on.
Room to connect
Places shaped to support the rhythms of real life, from a quiet morning outside to neighbors gathering at the end of the day.
BUILT FOR THE WAY PEOPLE LIVE
Thoughtful from the first impression to the daily routine.
Good neighborhoods feel settled, useful and connected. That is the standard guiding the work ahead, with architecture that feels rooted, outdoor spaces that invite people in and homes made to live beautifully over time.
